Nebraska volleyball opens 2026 ranked No. 1 in the country.


The Huskers picked up the majority of first-place votes in Monday's preseason AVCA Coaches Poll.


Preseason rankings don't decide anything, but after last season's heartbreaking regional final exit, it's a nice reminder of the respect this program still commands.

🏈 Huskers Bulk Up for Fall Camp

Nebraska football is bigger and leaner heading into the 2026 opener.


Matt Rhule said the team added 677 pounds of lean mass this offseason while shedding fat, calling it the biggest, leanest roster he's had in Lincoln.


Bulk alone doesn't win Big Ten games, but for a defense that got pushed around too often last fall, this is a step in the right direction.

🏈 Roger Craig Enters the Hall of Fame

Former Husker great Roger Craig was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton over the weekend.


Craig starred in Lincoln from 1979 to 1982 before becoming a Super Bowl champion and one of the most versatile backs of his era with the 49ers.


Thirty-plus years after retiring, one of the most electrifying runners in Husker history finally has the gold jacket to match the legend.
